If you’ve completed payment for your Hero subscription but your Hero Perks are not yet activated, this is usually due to a temporary sync issue between your purchase and your account.

Start by tapping the “Restore Purchase” button within the app. This action refreshes your account and often resolves the issue by linking your subscription correctly.
