This message means that your TalkLife account was originally created using a social login (such as Google, Facebook, or another platform), rather than a standard email and password.
Because of this, your email address is already linked to that social account and you won’t be able to reset a password in the usual way. Instead, you’ll need to log in using the same social login method you used when you first signed up.
To access your account, simply select the relevant social login option on the login screen and sign in through that provider.
If you’d prefer to switch to a different login method (such as using an email and password), you may need to update or unlink your current login details after accessing your account.
