TalkLife Administrators are part of a dedicated global safety team responsible for helping keep the platform safe, supportive, and respectful for everyone.
Administrators are professionally trained in moderation and safeguarding. Their role includes:
- Reviewing flagged content to ensure it aligns with community guidelines
- Overseeing content decisions made by Moderators
- Monitoring the platform 24/7 to respond quickly to issues
- Taking action on accounts and Rooms, including suspensions, bans and removals when necessary
The safety team works around the clock to identify and remove inappropriate content and, where needed, moderate users who may be violating the guidelines. Their goal is to maintain a safe environment where everyone feels supported.
