If you need to update the date of birth associated with your account, you can do this easily from within the app or by contacting our support team if needed.
You can update your date of birth by going to the app’s sidebar and opening Settings. From there, navigate to the “Private Information” subsection and tap on your date of birth.
This will open a pop-up where you can adjust your age and update your date of birth accordingly. Make sure to save your changes so they take effect.
What if I’m unable to change my date of birth in the app?
If you’re unable to update your date of birth through the app, you can contact our support team for assistance. Please email support@talklife.co with proof of your date of birth.
Accepted forms of identification include a valid ID such as a driver’s license, passport, or any official document that clearly shows your date of birth and confirms that you are 18 years old or older.
Once we receive and verify your information, we will update your account details for you.
What happens to my ID after verification?
Any identification you provide will only be used for verification purposes and will be removed from our systems once the process is complete.
