You can update your date of birth by going to the app’s sidebar and opening Settings. From there, navigate to the “Private Information” subsection and tap on “Change Email”.

If for whatever reason you are unable to make this change from within the app, you can also request an update to your email address by contacting our support team by emailing support@talklife.co. Once we receive your request, we’ll guide you through the process and assist with updating your account details.

Why am I seeing a message that my email is already in use?
If you see a message saying that the email address is already in use, it means that the email you’re trying to switch to is already linked to an existing account.

At the moment, the same email address cannot be used across multiple accounts. To update your email successfully, you will need to use a different email address that has not been previously registered. Once you enter a new, unused email address, the change should go through without any issues.

What if I can’t access my account because it’s linked to a social login?
If your account is linked to a social login (such as Google or Apple) and you no longer have access to that account, you can request to switch to a standard email and password login.

To do this, we first need to verify that you are the owner of the account. As part of this process, please provide:

  • Details or a screenshot showing the date of birth listed on your account

  • A new email address that you would like to link to your account
