On TalkLife, we really dislike having to remove posts. However, we may have to if the content of the post is in violation of our community rules & guidelines. If your post, comment, reply, or message has been removed, it is usually because it was found to be in breach of our Community Guidelines. We apply these guidelines consistently to help maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for everyone on the platform. Depending on the nature of the content, removals may also be accompanied by a warning.
Whenever a post is removed, you will receive an automated message explaining the general category of the violation. This message is designed to give you a clear indication of which category of guidelines may have been breached, along with relevant context and rules to help you understand the decision.
If you would like more detailed feedback, you can request this directly within the app. Simply navigate to your deleted post and leave a comment asking for clarification. An admin on duty will review your request and provide further explanation where possible. This ensures that you have the opportunity to better understand the removal and avoid similar issues in the future.
We also encourage you to revisit our Community Guidelines to stay familiar with what is and isn’t allowed on the platform. You can view them here: https://www.talklife.com/our-guidelines-new
