How do I flag a post?
Tap the three dots in the top right corner of the post and select “Flag this post” (third option).
How do I flag a comment or reply?
Tap the three dots next to the comment or reply and select “Flag this comment” or “Flag this reply” (second option).
How do I report a private message (DM)?
Open the conversation in Messages, tap the three dots in the top right corner, and select “Report [username].” Only a small section of the chat (around where you report) is reviewed to protect privacy.
How do I report a user profile?
Go to the user’s profile, tap the three dots in the top right corner, and select “Flag this user.” This sends the profile for review.
How do I report messages in group chats or chat rooms?
Hover over the message and tap the flag icon. This notifies the group or room owners/moderators who will review and take action if needed.
How do I report a greeting card?
Go to your profile, open the “My Diary” section, select the card, and use the available option to flag it.
How do I report in-game messages (e.g. Dotz)?
Open the in-game chat, tap the three dots in the top right corner, and report the conversation as you would a private message.
All reports are reviewed by moderators or admins on duty. Appropriate action is taken based on our Community Guidelines.
