What is the “Available to Chat” feature?
“Available to Chat” is a feature that lets you signal to the community that you’re online, open to conversation, and ready to help.
How does it work?
Within the Messages section of the app, navigate to the second tab labeled “Available to Chat.” From there, you can toggle your availability on. Once enabled, your status remains active for up to two hours, letting others know you’re currently open to chatting. The “Available to Chat” tab also displays a list of other users who have marked themselves as available. You can browse this list and message anyone with confidence, knowing they are actively open to conversation at that moment.
