Training for both Buddy and Moderator roles is carried out in small groups and is made up of several modules, completed in your own time, at your own pace. The modules consist of videos, written information and a quiz to help you put into practice what you have learned. You can log on at any time, day or night, to complete the online training and support will be on hand if you have any queries. Depending on the pace and size of the group, training can take anywhere between 1-2 weeks.
