Resetting your TalkLife account allows you to start fresh, as if you were creating a brand new account. This can be helpful if you’d like a clean slate or a fresh start on the platform.
What gets reset
When you reset your account, the following will be removed:
- Your profile information and settings
- Profile photos
- All posts and comments
- Your followers and following list
- Hearts, achievements, and other activity data
This means your account will return to its original state, with no previous content or activity remaining.
Reset limits
Each account can be reset up to 2 times per year, so it’s important to be sure before proceeding.
How to reset your account
To reset your account, follow these steps:
- Open the app and tap the last icon on the right in the footer menu
- Select “Settings”
- Scroll down to “Danger Zone”
- Tap “Reset Account”
- Select “OK” to confirm (if you have resets remaining)
