If you’d like access to the data associated with your account, there are a couple of ways to request and download this information depending on your access.

How can I download my account data?
If you still have access to your account, you can download your data directly from within the app. To do this, go to the app’s sidebar and open Settings. From there, navigate to the “Account” subsection and select the option to download your data.

You will be able to choose the profile you would like to download the data for, and this will include information such as your posts and other activity linked to your account.

What if I no longer have access to my account?
If you are unable to access your account, you can submit a data request manually. To do this, please send an email to dpo@talklife.co with details of the information you are requesting.

For security and verification purposes, your request must be sent from the email address associated with the account in question.
